The Cheetah SSP, in cooperation with the Cheetah Sustainability Program, is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2015 Cheetah SSP Fund. Fifty-one percent of funds generated through the Cheetah Sustainability Program are designated for in situ conservation and/or ex situ research, and these funds are available through a peer-reviewed grant application process. This is the second year that this grant has been offered, and it shows the program’s commitment to the conservation of cheetahs as a whole.

In 2015, we received six proposals, representing nearly $47,000 in requests. Learn about the selected projects here.

The grant will be offered again in 2016; expect an announcement in the summer of 2016.
